Fans who may have been wondering if Fat Opie had gone into hiding, never fear! They are back! And emerging from their cacoons of creativity they have brought out something very special with them, their most recent album “Victoryville.”

It has been two years since the San Franscisco based band has graced us with some new tracks, but it can be said the wait has been worthwhile.

Already giving us a small taste of what’s to come, the release of five new tracks on Soundcloud, featuring “Monster In The Room”, “Concrete Kid” and “Victoryville,” leave the listener anticipating more!

We are looking forward to the full release of the new record, which will soon be available worldwide. Keep an eye out for updates!

But before you start thinking that’s the only good news you will hear today, there’s more!

Fat Opie have announced their plans to tour Southern California in August, to begin promoting their new work. Tour dates will be released very soon.

Also, if you happen to be near 50 Mason Social House this Friday the 13th, be sure to pop by around 8.30pm to hear them play. It is expected to be a great night!
