iCloud will launch in conjunction with iOS 5 & OS X Lion operating system in July. This will allow for wireless integration of all content (music, photos, documents) amongst all Apple devices. The first 5GBs are free, but that total does not count music, apps, books or photos against it. Later this Fall,　iTunes Match will launch for an annual fee of $24.99. It will enable users to scan and match their non-iTunes purchased music, which will be upgraded to 256 kpbs AAC DRM-free and allow it to have all iCloud functionality.
