Audio Technology magazine has released an article that outlines the endless possibilities of Copyright claims.

The Swedish Fraudhofer Institute, which is the home of the first successful MP3 compression algorithm, handed down a finding last month in regards to the unexpected consequences for the copyright protection of digital, intellectual property.

The article looks into the depths of sampling; how much sampling must one do in order for copyright claims to be applied to the work. They look into digital deconstruction, re-reversal of music and the breaking up and scattering of samples. What constitutes as a copyright breach?
