Desperate Endeavors up for NYCIFF Award!

This is just a little update on a previous news item in relation to Funky P’s Placement in the NYCIFF Award-Nominated film ‘Desperate Endeavors’. Check out the attached news article from India Abroad.

Blue Pie are pleased to announce that “Desperate Endevours” has been accepted to the New York City International Film Festival to be held from the 18th to the 25th of August.

Our very own Funky P had their song ‘Heaven is around the corner’ licensed in the film that has since been nominated for a whole bunch of awards.

The film has received the following nominations:

Gulshan Grover : Nominated for Best actor in a film based on Original material
Michael Medsen : Nominated for Best Supporting Actor
Salim Khassa & Donald Wilhelm : Nominated for Best original screenplay
Salim Khassa : Nominated for Best Director
