With members coming together from across a wide musical spectrum, this Northern four piece band incorporates their roots in punk, rock blues and folk and with the addition of lead singer Chloe Chadwick they become a fresh eclectic mix. Their tracks are tweaked with catchy hooks and melodic chorus’s that we can guarantee with be hard to shake.
Their tracks can be heard daily on many local radio stations, and have also received airplay globally, featuring on a variety of stations and music magazines across Ireland, Belgium, Sweden and the US.
With growing interest from the industry and festival bookings already happening, the rest of 2014 promises to be an even bigger and better year for Chloe and The High Tides and Blue Pie Records.
“There’s something warm and assuring about Chloë and the High Tides’ music. If they are not evoking the sounds of summer then they are bringing back memories of it with luscious vocals, gorgeous melodies and instant singalong choruses. At times, their songwriting is part Joni Mitchell, part Edie Brickell with a hint of early days Sheryl Crow. It’s unashamed, unabashed pop but with intelligent, relatable lyrics.” John Marrs, OK! Magazine.
