Ben Ari started playing music at age 16 after he fell in love with music through the traditional Jewish and ethnic chants that were part of his every day life. He has since played and studied music around the world, including India, Sahara and Sinai. Ben Ari plays a multitude of instruments such as guitar, Indian sarod, Persian tar, Turkish jambush, Moroccan ginberi and bass.
Ben Ari has seen successful playing some of the worlds most prestigious festivals and events, his second album “Derekh” went gold in Israel. His music is a unique celebration of groove and spirit, blending rock, soul, reggae and world music.
