A throwback to a dope collaboration! DL Down3r and Uno in CHANGED ME!
05 Jan 2022

2021 had some juicy hits from DL Down3r and Uno Tha Prodigy! When these two team up, some really spicy stuff is the result. Who can forget the awesome tracks Lost My Way and Long Road Ahead?

Well, there’s another collab that we’re yet to talk about, and it’s time to pay it its dues. Straight from Gangsta But Proper Productions comes Changed Me, a sweet track with one hell of a beat to vibe to!

Unlike the other compilations from 2021, this one is less melancholy and a TON more determined. Steely resolve in the face of life’s worst is the main mood in DL and Uno’s combo tracks, but this cranks it up to 11… you can hear the FIRE and ANGER in this one, and it’s definitely inspiring to say the least.

The hard hitting lyrics combined with the steady march of the rhythm will help you think about what you’re going through, which is why we’re bringing attention to it now. It’s the start of 2022, and we all need a bit of inspiration. For plenty, 2021 was no easier than 2020, so to avoid a “strike” we gotta band together in motivation and inspiration to get us all through this together… as the song says, “it’s only getting better”, and boy do we really feel that. It ain’t a happy song, but it’s here and ready to fight until life is happier, that’s for sure. And so are Down3r and Uno… and so are we all. Can we get an amen, fam?

Through fierce and funky west coast rap, Down3r shares his prolific work with the rest of the world, and the stage with west coast rap legends such as Coolio, Brown Boy, Jay Tablet, Lil Young, Snoopyblue, LadyDice, Baby Bash, Steel City Hustlers, King Z and DJ Kane to name a few.

From powerful messages, lyrical poetry and sharp comments on society, to G-funk and Trap/EDM hype songs, he proves that age and experience is the opposite of a liability in today’s rap game. Blast it loud, get ready to feel something, and rest assured knowing that hip hop never died!
