ABC Radio National’s show The Weekend Planet with host Doug Spencer continues to play tracks from the Amoresque album by the Ray Vanderby Quartet. The Weekend Planet is a popular weekend radio program on ABC Radio National every Saturday at 10am and again Sunday at 10pm. Doug Spencer recently commented on the Vanderby composition Timeless from the Amoresque album saying “Timeless is an Australian composition and is a lyrical jazz spiral dance for it’s author’s piano, featuring Ray Vanderby on piano, Greg Gibson’s sax, Adam Bodkin’s ac bass & Warren Baker’s drums”
