Cosmic Nomads chuck some cosmic debris at ya!
29 Sep 2011

Look up in the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s Cosmic Nomads riding a satellite, going crazy over some Milky Way Love as they hover over Central West NSW. They finally land on stage at Jon Carter’s 4 on the ‘4loor Showcase Night’ Victoria Hotel, Orange on Saturday 1st October.

After intense underground rehearsals, these four alternative rock musicians emerge for their debut show, the first for Cosmic Nomads since the Drought Buster Concert at Euroa in 2007. This new line up is Ray Vanderby-guitar/vocals, Caillan Gilbert-guitar, Steve Dickie-drums, Mick Swift-bass and they are armed with ten vicious songs written by Ray Vanderby which will make up the new album in 2012.

Cosmic Nomads is a band that has been around since 2003. Formed by Ray Vanderby with 3 previous line-ups and 3 albums released, pressure has been mounting on Vanderby to re-form the band as it has been off the road for the last 3 years.

So, jump into your spaceship and check these guys out or they will chuck some cosmic debris at ya! On the bill 3 other acts: Anti Prophet, Jono Willis Experience and Mia Appletree. There is no door charge so there is no excuse!
